Terms of Use

These terms cover using Diamond Quest. Using the app means agreeing to them. They are written plainly on purpose.

Who can have an account

Accounts are for adults, 18 or older, who are the parent or legal guardian of the players they add — or someone that parent has invited. Children use the app through a parent’s account and do not have logins of their own.

By adding a player, you confirm you have the authority to make decisions about that child’s information, including whether video is used.

Safety, and the limits of an app

The app tracks throwing volume and declines to offer drills past age-based limits, but those limits are general guidance drawn from widely published youth guidelines, not a judgment about any individual child. They are not a substitute for a coach, a doctor, or your own eyes.

• Stop immediately if a player reports pain. Pain is not something to work through.
• A player who is hurt, sore in a way that concerns you, or returning from an injury should be seen by a qualified medical professional before practicing.
• Check that equipment fits and is in good condition, and that the space is clear, before every session.
• Follow the safety notes on a drill. Where a drill requires protective equipment or a screen, it is required, not suggested.

You are responsible for supervising practice and for deciding what is appropriate for your child on any given day.

Your content

Videos, notes and everything else you put into Diamond Quest remain yours. You give only the permission needed to store it and show it back to you and to the people you have invited. It is never used for advertising and is never published.

You are responsible for having permission to upload any video that includes another person’s child.

Using the app properly

• Do not try to reach another family’s data, or probe the app for ways to do so
• Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to upload
• Do not share a link or account access with someone you would not trust with the data behind it
• Do not use the app to harass, pressure or shame a child

The game part

XP, coins, companions and stadium pieces exist inside the app only. They are not property, cannot be exchanged for money, and have no value outside the game. Real-world rewards are set and honored by parents, not by us.

Availability

This is a small, privately run app. It may be unavailable at times, and features may change or be removed. Keep your own copies of anything you would be upset to lose.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, the operator of this app is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for injury arising from physical activity undertaken with or without the app’s prompting. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

Ending it

You can delete your family and its data from inside the app at any time. Accounts that misuse the app may be closed.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top will change with them, and continued use after that means the new version applies.
